Curious George. A troublemaker. That guy who incessantly asked "Why?" as a kid and never grew out of it.
I'm a bit of an explorer. I love experiencing new things, thinking from different angles, experimenting with new hobbies, and applying new techniques so that I can enjoy life more,
work smarter, and make more of a difference while I'm still above ground.
I'm a deeply technical person who lives and breathes algorithms, processes, and mechanics. Nevertheless, I have a profound respect for those who can clearly and succinctly
see the "big picture". Until I can say I'm one of those people, my exercise in brevity and clarity consists of distilling my thoughts into 140 characters or less.
I think, I design, I plan. I challenge myself to learn more, to be more, and to do more to make a difference in both my personal and professional lives.
Personally, I delve into artistic endeavors in the theatrical, visual, and musical realms.
Professionally, I have experience in corporate, educational, hospitality, and entertainment environments as a designer, technician, trainer, and developer. I hold a
CTS
accreditation in audiovisual equipment from InfoComm International, am working toward a CAPM certification from the Project Management Institute, and have a background in IT, telecommunications, and entertainment technology.
Every day, I try to interlock art and technology, be it in computer or web programming, product specification and design, conducting a seminar, or even designing spreadsheets (because SOMEBODY'S got to spruce those up)!
Thanks for visiting, and feel free to peruse the links at the top of the page to find out more about what I do.
